  • Great question! We source our pieces directly from designer vendors. Often, these pieces are:

    • Ordered in excess or not used

    • Returned due to layout changes or style swaps

    • Slightly imperfect (think a small scuff or scratch)

    And, that’s why we offer these items at wholesale or less!

  • Yes, all of our furniture is brand new. These pieces come from model homes and clubhouse spaces and have never been used—they simply didn’t end up working for the project’s final

    design for one reason or another.

    You’ll find a wide range of unique, high-quality furniture and decor that’s not available at these prices in online or retail stores. Our inventory includes:

    • Living Room: Sofas, sectionals, coffee tables, accent chairs, TV stands

    • Dining Room: Dining tables, chairs, buffets, bar carts

    • Bedroom: Beds, nightstands, dressers, benches

    • Home Office & Decor: Desks, bookshelves, mirrors, wall art, lighting, rugs

    • Statement Pieces: Designer finds that elevate any space

  • We don’t offer online purchases at this time. Since our stock changes frequently and quantities are limited, we encourage you to visit us in person every Friday to see what’s new and find the perfect pieces before they’re gone!

  • While we don't offer in-house delivery, our team will gladly provide you with a list of trusted local delivery services to help get your items home if you’re unable to take them with you the same day.

  • Absolutely! If you’re not able to take your items home on the day you purchase, we offer convenient pickup times Monday through Wednesday, from 9 AM to 2 PM. One of the best things about shopping with us is that everything in our warehouse is available for immediate pickup no waiting for shipping or dealing with backorders.

  • We add new inventory regularly and pricing drops every 30 days for items that haven’t sold—so you can save even more if you keep coming back! We’re open every Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and each visit offers something new to discover.
